WHAT ARE ELECTRIC CONTROL PANELS?

The Electrical Panel is a cabinet in which the switchgear materials and cables used in the distribution and transmission processes of electricity to systems in the installation or building environment are used together.

Reactive Electricity meter, active electricity meter, electric busbars, power contactors, capacitors, capacitor contactors, measuring instruments regulator, voltmeter, ammeter, power relay, control relay, Electric Fuse, control and command buttons of electrically powered vehicles, turn signal light, display, etc. It is the section where all of its parts are collected in the same environment and where the electrical panel is connected.

There is a small Electricity Meter Board in single and multi-storey apartments. Inside this panel, there are central automatic breaker, fuses, electricity meters, ladder automatic, bell transformer. These elements are formed in the basic parts of the building and play an important role in terms of quality and perfection.

Electric Panel Manufacturing by Electric Panel companies is specially arranged and created according to the desired dimensions. Electrical Panel prices vary according to the desired dimensions, sheet thickness, sheet quality and paint quality.

How to Make an Electrical Panel?

Electric Panel Construction; During the production phase, the sheet metal processing machine is commanded by determining the cutting dimensions of the sheets that will form and arrange the skeleton of the panels with pc programs, and the parts to be drilled.

The sheet metal that is commanded to create the frame of the panel is adjusted to be added to the machine. In this way, all transactions are done quickly and automatically. Panel skeleton is obtained. The bending process of the sheet that becomes desired with the orders given from the flat sheet takes place.

The printing process of polyurethane gaskets, which is one of the most important features of the panel, is automatically made to the required parts of the panel. The sheets that come to the desired state are heat treated here and take the necessary shape.

Electrostatic powder paint is applied at the final stage of the frame. The joints of the inner and outer frame, the cover and all other places are completed after these stages and are ready for assembly.

What Are the Benefits of Panel Maintenance?
  • It is important in terms of worker health and work safety.

  • It provides high performance and comfort in working and living areas.

  • It provides the equipment to work safely.

  • It prevents the scattered downtime of electrical equipment in the facility.

  • It extends the life of the equipment used.

  • Operating costs are reduced as malfunctions are prevented.

  • Time and production losses that may occur are prevented.

Electric Panel maintenance is important. The maintenance of electrical panels must be done in order to be able to maintain occupational safety, worker health and problems in business processes quickly without falling into time and quality problems.

The electrical panel is the heart of businesses and must be constantly controlled by experts in this field. Periodic maintenance is required.

The maintenance of old devices in the electrical system, such as cables, fans, contactors, capacitors, fuses, transformers, motors, ups, plc, batteries, relays, should be done. Because the system maintains its quality through these devices. If the fault cannot be solved, it should be replaced with a new one, and the necessary adjustments should be made to ensure that it performs its old task.
